Please Note
The following policies only apply to the online shopping with DanBrothersShoes.com. For the merchandise purchased in our physical store, please comply with the policies posted inside the store and on the purchase receipt. 

Return Policy
We will only accept unused, unworn, unaltered in original packaging, with all original packaging materials (shoe horns, shoe bags, etc.), re-sellable merchandise for exchange or refund when received by us within 15 days of receiving goods. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging. 

If the merchandise is not returned to us within 15 days of receiving goods, according to the above guidelines, it is considered a FINAL SALE.

All returns must be pre-authorized. An authorization can be obtained by e-mail at danbrothers1032@gmail.com. In the e-mail, please specify the purchase date, the item, and the reason for the return or exchange. 

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. The freight must be pre-paid, and for your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.   We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned to us by a customer.

Final Sale Items are not applicable for returns/refund.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that any items that are worn, having visible scratch marks on the outsole, visible fold marks in the vamp of the shoe altered, will not be refundable. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged and damaged in transit are not refundable. 

Dan Brothers Shoes does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise. Upon reception and satisfactory examination of returned merchandise, a refund or an exchange will be issued to the customer.

We cannot hold merchandise or guarantee the availability of merchandise for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, we cannot hold the credit for future purchases; a refund will be issued. We can only do one exchange per order. Upon a return of a previous exchange, a refund will be issued.

If you do not comply with our return policy, we reserve the right not to ship you other merchandise.

Refunds

  • No freight charges or return freight charges are refundable for any reason.
  • Credit card payments will be credited only to the card used in the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account.
  • PayPal payments will be refunded back to the account used for purchase.
    • Allow 3-4 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
  • All other payments will be refunded back to the account used for the purchase in the form the payment was made.
